Unique Recruitment Process
Pivotal takes a unique approach to recruitment; in particular we tailor our recruitment to the specific needs of our clients both in the job requirements and the workplace culture of each organisation.
The following demonstrates how our process can be flexible to meet business requirements:
Job Analysis- we gain an understanding of each individual job role and also look at the specific requirements of your business.
Advertising- in a short candidate market, we use a variety of methods to attract candidates.
Assessment Centres- we tailor our assessment criteria to meet the requirements of your role.
This will include:
- Collecting a biographical and work history from each candidate
- OHS information session and assessment for each candidate
- Behavioural based interviews to determine work ethic, reliability and motivation in the workplace
- DIMIA and reference checking conducted on all candidates
Modular Options- we can also conduct skill based testing on candidates for particular roles. Testing can include literacy and numeracy skills, team and interaction exercises and work simulations, computer testing, manual dexterity testing, visual checking, spelling and grammar, and/or Ishihara testing.
Client Site Inductions- Pivotal consultants can conduct your personalised onsite inductions for candidates prior to commencing work.
Candidate Care- The Pivotal consultants are always available to support our candidates, from calling to get feedback on their first day through to regular site visits
