Our process (in consultation with you) covers:
- Client and role analysis
- Assignment brief (for both temp and perm)
- Search strategy - database, network and advertising
- Candidate evaluation - interviewing (including behavioural), testing, assessments, role plays (where applicable) and reference checks
- Candidate shortlist
- Interview coordination
- Psychometric testing (if applicable)
- Offer management and second reference checks
- Placement preparation
- Post placement follow up
