Candidates are fully assessed for suitability through interviewing, which involves behavioural interview questions and computer testing. All relevant job history, reference and work visa checks are conducted prior to placing in either temporary or permanent positions.
We also test for a variety of skill sets including computer skill testing, aptitude and psychometric testing.
