All our trainers have attained the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and possess extensive vocational experience.  Our trainers ensure that the training needs of the organisations and the participants are identified carefully to ensure customised results in observable and measurable outcomes for all stakeholders.  We recognise that the contribution of the competent, motivated and confident employee is the key to the organisations success.
