Pivotal Training and Development, a NSW VETAB registered training organisation, provides a wide range of personal and professional development programs, encompassing courses designed to accommodate company requirements, identify skill gaps or compliment existing training and development strategies.

Our in-house programs are carefully tailored to the needs of both the client and its individual staff members. By working closely with the client to establish clear objectives, training methodology and course content, each course is highly directional and serves the training needs of each individual organisation or division. Post-course evaluations are conducted, and Pivotal Key Account Managers follow-up the effectiveness of all training via a thorough validation process.

Overview: This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed business sales skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of business sales contexts. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others and have limited responsibility for the output of others, however they typically report to a more senior business sales practitioner.

Overview: This qualification reflects the role of individuals who take the first line of management in a wide range of organisational and industry contexts. They may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession, yet require skills or recognition in supervisory functions. Typically they would report to a manager. At this level frontline managers provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.
