Pivotal Training and Development, a NSW VETAB registered training organisation, provides a wide range of personal and professional development programs, encompassing courses designed to accommodate company requirements, identify skill gaps or compliment existing training and development strategies.

Our in-house programs are carefully tailored to the needs of both the client and its individual staff members. By working closely with the client to establish clear objectives, training methodology and course content, each course is highly directional and serves the training needs of each individual organisation or division. Post-course evaluations are conducted, and Pivotal Key Account Managers follow-up the effectiveness of all training via a thorough validation process.

Traineeships

Pivotal Training & Development is registered by VETAB to provide the training under the Australian Quality Training Framework in the areas of Food Processing, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Competitive Manufacturing, Warehousing, Business Sales and Management. Traineeships also have the benefit to your business of attracting government funding under the Australian Government New Apprenticeships Incentive Program for employees who meet eligibility criteria.

Management Academy

The Pivotal Management Academy is designed to fit the needs of business second level managers and potential leaders by increasing their skills and knowledge in order to benefit them, their teams, and the company as a whole.

All trainers have attained the Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training qualification and possess extensive vocational experience.
