Pivotal Training and Development, a NSW VETAB registered training organisation, provides a wide range of personal and professional development programs, encompassing courses designed to accommodate company requirements, identify skill gaps or compliment existing training and development strategies.

Our in-house programs are carefully tailored to the needs of both the client and its individual staff members. By working closely with the client to establish clear objectives, training methodology and course content, each course is highly directional and serves the training needs of each individual organisation or division. Post-course evaluations are conducted, and Pivotal Key Account Managers follow-up the effectiveness of all training via a thorough validation process.

Overview: The Certificate III in Process Manufacturing is intended for advanced production workers who use a range of equipment and provide support functions directly related to producing products. They would undertake more advanced roles, working in accordance with the operating procedures and would apply their knowledge to anticipate problems and solve a range of foreseen and unforeseen problems.

Overview of Certificate III: The Certificate III in Food Processing targets those performing production related roles that require an application of industry specific skill and knowledge including some technical and problem solving ability. CERTIFICATE III TO IV COMPETITIVE MANUFACTURING MSA31108, MSA41108

Overview of Certificate III: Competitive Manufacturing aims to train participants in the skills needed for modern manufacturing practices and principles. This nationally accredited program is aimed predominantly at Production Team Members who are required to support a competitive manufacturing environment. Learning outcomes are designed to include identification of manufacturing/production waste (including defects, inventory, motion) and standard work processes.
