Workplace safety is our first concern when placing on-hired employees with our clients. Our WH&S experts have invested significant time in developing our workplace safety system and continue to improve our efforts in this critical area.

We set high safety standards and will decline work that we feel places our on-hired employees at risk. Our labour hire employees undertake an induction with us prior to being placed on your site. Where applicable we will also conduct the on-site induction of our employees in coordination with our client’s site supervisors.   In all cases we cover all WH&S requirements in the workplace.

Employees safety is important to us, therefore vital to our workplace safety systems, are our inductions for on-hired employees, site inspections carried out by our risk management consultants and procedures for on-hired employees to raise any workplace safety concerns.

Asite specific induction covering specific site requirements can also be arranged for our Building & Construction clients.
