Our process (in consultation with you) covers:

  • Client and role analysis
  • Assignment brief (for both temp and perm)
  • Search strategy - database, network and advertising
  • Candidate evaluation - interviewing (including behavioural), testing, assessments, role plays (where applicable) and reference checks
  • Candidate shortlist
  • Interview coordination
  • Psychometric testing (if applicable)
  • Offer management and second reference checks
  • Placement preparation
  • Post placement follow up
