Specialising in temporary, permanent and contract recruitment services across all industry sectors.

Our office support and contact centre division has proven capabilities from operator level to senior management level. Our assessment centres use exercises and activities that simulate different aspects of the work environment, including role plays to measure competencies and behaviours essential for successful job performance.

Overview

Utilising our proven recruitment methodologies and focus, our specialised consultants work closely with each of our partners to build a strong knowledge of each client's needs. With candidate care programmes to enhance the strong network of candidates and client relationships built through face-to-face visits, Pivotal are always well positioned to provide the right solutions.

Candidates are fully assessed for suitability through interviewing, which involves behavioural interview questions and computer testing. All relevant job history, reference and work visa checks are conducted prior to placing in either temporary or permanent positions.

We also test for a variety of skill sets including computer skill testing, aptitude and psychometric testing.

We pride ourselves on our continual service to both clients and candidates throughout the length of the temporary assignment or permanent placement and beyond.
