Pivotal Training & Development, is a training organisation registered through the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) to provide a wide range of personal and professional development programs, designed to accommodate company requirements, identify skill gaps or compliment existing training and development strategies.
Our in-house programs are carefully tailored to the needs of both the client and its individual staff members. By working closely with the client to establish clear objectives, training methodology and course content, each course is highly directional and serves the training needs of each individual organisation or division. Post course evaluations are conducted and Pivotal Key Account Managers follow up the effectiveness of all training via a thorough validation process.
In addition to delivering nationally recognised training qualifications as a Registered Training Organisation, we also deliver a very wide range of impactful short courses for clients who require shorter, sharper training programs. We are also able to assist companies by offering workplace training consultancy services. These services help clients to develop and implement strategies to improve workforce effectiveness, and also to identify government funding pools that can be used to support targeted training initiatives.

Well established company looking for experienced Pick Packer/Process Worker to join their motivated team. It's a temp to perm role, great opportunity for those looking for develop career within food industry. Early morning shifts: 7.00am-3.00.pm • Picking orders with picking slip; • Packing cuts of meat, game and poultry; • Maintaining stock levels and rotating stock in the chillers and freezer; • Assisting the butchers and other labourers when needed; • Cleaning in your work area; • Early start and early finish; To succeed in this role, you should: - Have previously experience within the industry; - Be physically fit and strong; - Have a strong WH&S focus and the ability to ensure company guidelines are adhered to; - Possess a can do attitude, be highly professional; - Strong focus on hygiene and sanitation practices; - Be organised with an ability to prioritise and multi-task, and have high standards of quality and service; You will require your own transport and drive license .
