Modular Options:- we can also conduct skill based testing on candidates for particular roles. Testing can include literacy and numeracy skills, team and interaction exercises and work simulations, computer testing, manual dexterity testing, visual checking, spelling and grammar, and/or Ishihara testing.
Client Site Inductions:- Pivotal consultants can conduct your personalised onsite inductions for candidates prior to commencing work.

Well established company looking for experienced Pick Packer/Process Worker to join their motivated team. It's a temp to perm role, great opportunity for those looking for develop career within food industry. Early morning shifts: 7.00am-3.00.pm • Picking orders with picking slip; • Packing cuts of meat, game and poultry; • Maintaining stock levels and rotating stock in the chillers and freezer; • Assisting the butchers and other labourers when needed; • Cleaning in your work area; • Early start and early finish; To succeed in this role, you should: - Have previously experience within the industry; - Be physically fit and strong; - Have a strong WH&S focus and the ability to ensure company guidelines are adhered to; - Possess a can do attitude, be highly professional; - Strong focus on hygiene and sanitation practices; - Be organised with an ability to prioritise and multi-task, and have high standards of quality and service; You will require your own transport and drive license .
